I loved staying here, its peaceful and quiet and the neighbors are kind and helpful. I felt safe, letting my kids ride the neighborhood without fearing that something would happen to them. I went through some things and had to leave, but I'm getting back on my feet and plan to move back out there as soon as I can.
STOP ABANDONING your cats please. They're are resources... You can get cats and dogs spayed and neutered at First Coast No More Homeless Pets on Norwood in a trap cage free and at the Cassat location they have affordable visits and meds. This will just cost you gas and time. Let's help the Homeless Pets and our area...
When the staff knew that we were not going to rent to own, they ceased doing routine maintenance tasks, and the office managers weee very rude. Not to mention when we moved, they did not give back our security deposit. They claim that the flooring was damaged, and I have proof that the trailer was left in mint condition. Also, certain neighbors that have long resided in the community would call the office to make reports and false claims on new tenants (specifically black).
