Great place if you are in the market for a premium hot tub or swim spa in the bay area. Brandon was at the store when I walked in and he was super friendly and answered all my questions.
The warranty service from Paradise Valley Spas is terrible. The service technicians 1) bring the wrong parts 2) improperly install components causing more issues 3) connect blue to red wires, and insist exterior lights should be on 24/7 4) break plastic clips 5) schedule and then cancel appointments. It feels like they break your hot tub to guarantee service calls

He walked me step by step to describe how I could empty my Sundance Cameo 8800 hot tub, get rid of the algae that had accumulated because of neglect in maintenance and then refill the tub followed by meticulous chemistry of the water to get the hot tub back to full use. Thanks a lot Mark. You really went out of your way. Much appreciated. Sam
