Before the original 36 months expired, the first cover became severely torn and leaking, and Paradise Valley Spas did replace it under warranty—but it took at least three months of follow-up to get the warranty processed and the replacement installed (January 2023). I love all the services I can take advantage of regularly.
We purchased a spa for our vacation rental and couldn't be happier! My husband messed up one of the intake valves and so had to have them come out to fix it. They came out immediately to fix it and were very thorough and professional!
Going on our wellness journey and decided to replace our old Spa (sold with the house when we bought it) & purchased a bullfrog jacuzzi from Paradise Valley Spas back in August for hydrotherapy and family fun! I started on a project to redo my back yard in a new house I bought with an old and broken jacuzzi system earlier this year.
