what a nightmare is all ai can say after two months of getting this company to repair their spa at my home: It all erected when a new feckless maintenance guy arrived and claimed there was a leak when for years i had no service and no issues/ then came the new $1000 pump installed but not tested. ★☆☆☆☆ I purchased my spa from Paradise Valley Spas (Burlingame, CA) on 2/6/2020. It came with a Sunbrella fabric cover represented as having a 36-month warranty. Before the original 36 months expired, the first cover became severely torn and leaking, and Paradise Valley Spas did replace it under warranty—but it took at least three months of follow-up to get the warranty processed and the replacement installed (January 2023). I love all the services I can take advantage of regularly.
We purchased a spa for our vacation rental and couldn't be happier! My husband messed up one of the intake valves and so had to have them come out to fix it. They came out immediately to fix it and were very thorough and professional!
Going on our wellness journey and decided to replace our old Spa (sold with the house when we bought it) & purchased a bullfrog jacuzzi from Paradise Valley Spas back in August for hydrotherapy and family fun!
