Best customer service EVER! From the moment I walked in Christopher was ON IT! He kept in touch about my delivery. Sent a super helpful email prior to it's arrival and always followed thru. If that weren't enough his co-worker, Renee, walked me thru a potential problem. I recommend them without reservation. If you are in the market for a spa this is the place to go!

I worked with Chris in choosing the correct Hot Tub for my family. Chris was very good about asking the correct questions in determining the right Hot tub for us. He is very good as a consultant and salesperson. Typically, as sales people, they are interested in selling you what you don't need as most don't ask the questions to determine "What your needs are" This was not the case for Chris. This man is a true professional and I highly recommend asking for him when shopping for a Hot tub @ Paradise Valley Spas.
