Christopher and Renee are awesome! Super helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable, and they try to find the right hot tub for your needs without over-selling. There is no rush, and they create a very comfortable vibe in the store, always there to answer questions or help with guidance without hovering or being over-bearing. Due to the multiple brands available there they seem unbiased, simply trying to fit your needs. Loved working with them both and we highly recomend this store.
I purchased a Bullfrog M7 in December 2025. The customer service experience has been consistently poor from day one, although they are very communicative up until you sign the contract. After purchase, it took multiple follow-ups over several weeks just to schedule a delivery date. After the unit arrived damaged, it took 13 days to receive any response from customer service despite being told I’d receive reply within days. Best customer service EVER! From the moment I walked in Christopher was ON IT! He kept in touch about my delivery. Sent a super helpful email prior to it's arrival and always followed thru. If that weren't enough his co-worker, Renee, walked me thru a potential problem. I recommend them without reservation. If you are in the market for a spa this is the place to go!
