The customer service was Amazing. The sales person was Christopher. He was very informed and a very nice guy. He helped me pick out the best hot tub for me. It's not too deep, lots of sitting room and jets. I can even put lavender aroma in it. I received a Labor Day sales price that included a very nice cover that he saved me $4000 on. My payments are only $53 a month. I'm so excited and I will definitely recommend Paradise Valley Spas in Capitola to all my friends.
Renee at the Santa Cruz location helped me identify and select the perfect tub for our tight and customized spa location. Her follow up was terrific and her communication and helpfulness are A++.
They are no longer at this location. No note as to were to find them... when you look them up on Google they give this address LAME!!! Chritopher, thanks for getting back to my message and explaining your ongoing struggles with Google to get your address changed!!! I'm so glad I found you next to Jomba in the same complex!!! Left with supplies in hand and a great feeling in my heart. Your coworker is a sweetheart!

Had a great experience with Renee the salesperson at the show room. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. The spa was delivered right on time and with plenty of notice, no waiting all day for them to arrive. This is our second Sundance Spa and it’s as well made as the first. Super happy with the whole experience.
