Had a great experience with Renee the salesperson at the show room. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. The spa was delivered right on time and with plenty of notice, no waiting all day for them to arrive. This is our second Sundance Spa and it’s as well made as the first. Super happy with the whole experience.

Renee at Paradise Valley Spas in Capitola is great. I have now purchased two hot tubs from Paradise Valley. Renee handled getting a new hot tub for me and took care of all the details. She knows her product and was excellent with communication. I highly recommend Paradise Valley and in particular, Renee.
