Such an amazing place. What stands out is how much the people who run it care about the quality of what they serve. You can tell there’s a lot of pride and attention put into everything, from the ingredients to the way the meat is prepared and cooked. The wood-fired cooking makes such a difference. Love this place, food taste very authentic and you can tell the chef really make it with love. Perfect for something quick after a long day. They grill the kabob only after you order so it come out super fresh and hot. The charcoal smell is so good and the meat is grilled just right. Also the baba ganoush is honestly one of the best I ever tried, so creamy and full of flavor. Really good food and you can tell they care about making it properly. Would definitely come back.

Tried this spot while visiting Yellowstone, the people were very friendly and nice. But they were also quite inefficient, I waited well over an hour for a few skewers and there were just several people ahead of me (and it’s just a food stand outside). Ordering wasn’t much better, there was a very slow-moving line. I don’t mind waiting for good food, but this wasn’t the case.
