Dr. Jay Bernstein is the WORST doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. He is rude, arrogant, condescending and lacks the knowledge of basic medicine. Not to mention how he has had so many patients report him for the same improper treatment. I don't know how he hasn't been shut down already!!
