ASTOUNDINGLY INCOMPETENT! The complete list of all the problems I had with this business is too long for a review. To summarize: 1. Due to an incomplete exam, the optometrist failed to properly diagnose. 2. Lenses for 3 pairs of glasses were remade over and over for a total of 10 months and were still never correct. The lenses were repeatedly the wrong prescription, wrong shape, wrong measurements. 3. Each remake took 4-10 weeks. 4.
