bad. bad. i went here to get a household paint gun for my employer. the sales guy was unfriendly, pointed me at first to the wrong product (a power paint roller, this after artie the owner told him the manufacturer and model) and was unknowledgable about the differences between similar products. "that's what the instructions are for" was salesguy's sarcastic reply. i got the same product 2 miles up the road for $30 less, saving my employer money. i guess home depot is hungrier in this recession, i sure got better service the... read more

Hardware store This is a really great, niche hardware store that truly feels like a neighborhood place. They are not a 'big box' type of hardware store like Home Depot or Lowe's. We always go there for hard to find items.

Home Improvement I have been here several times. Seem to get better service here than the larger stores. Good location and have always had whatever I needed. Nice local store.

Local Ace is Hardware Stand-by You can't beat an Ace Hardware for service and knowledgeable staff. I have been going to this Ace for many years. It is much more convenient than roaming the huge isles at the big-box stores and being sent on wild goose chases all over the store. At this Ace, the staff will lead you to the product location and hang around and answer your questions. They may not be the cheapest but they are definitely the most convenient.

Big Store Artie's Ace is the place...lots of help just ask and they can lend an ear to help you figure out what you need to do to fix your problem. When looking around the store the patio furniture and "extra" stuff seems rather high priced but you're in and out of the store with what you needed and didn't have to search for someone to help you.
