There was a serious lack of empathy during my appointment. I was there for a scan following pregnancy loss, and the radiographer did not acknowledge my situation in any way. There were no words of sympathy, no recognition of what the scan was for despite referral stating so, and when asked why I was there and i stated the reason, I got an 'ok yep, sit there and put this towel over you'. Was helped by a beautiful young lady at the desk who was more than helpful ,then to have an ultrasound by a beautiful young lady named Valentino..she was kind, helpful and made me feel super comfortable, the fact that I didn't have to pay was a bonus, thankyou !!!!
I just visited this place for my ultrasound and the staff has been incredibly 10/10, the very friendly sonographer, and with a lot of empathy explains every detail of what he is seeing. I felt very comfortable, and I will continue to choose them. Thank you

I went to have a scan today, and as soon as I walked in the reception staff were so warm and welcoming with big smiles. Valentina did my scan and I couldnt have asked for a better sonographer. She was so kind, gentle, super informative and answered all our questions to put us at ease. Thank you for a great experience. Will definitely book with you again.
