Its home it's affordable and definitely doable for a man and his puppy .ya they 15" but I keep em clean lol. It's changed ownership which has been good maintenance wise. The over the last two yrs has raised tw0 3rds the original price and they make you sign a month to month lease so they can raise the rent whenever they want.
My daughter moved here. Quiet park
Its come a long way in the time it's been under new owners/management.
