The set up is really chill, complimentary drinks, and overall staff was really nice although the nail experience was not great. Honestly I don’t recommend this establishment. As you see in the photo one is gel (Autumn color) and the other is regular polish (red mostly gone). Not pictured is a kids manicure that peeled as well. Here’s where the issue lies. I wanted to give this place a chance bc Donna has always done a great job but anytime she’s not there all the techs have been not so great. Today I went and I said multiple times the color I wanted and ended up with a different color that I didn’t like and they wanted to color on top of that color the actual color, which looked horrible messy and thick. Well, let me just say… Paradise Nail Salon is exactly what the name promises: PARADISE. The moment I walked in, I felt like I had been transported to another world—soft music, cozy chairs, and the atmosphere? Absolutely heavenly. But here’s the kicker: they handed me a Thai tea, and oh my word, it was DELICIOUS. Sweet, creamy, and so yummy I almost forgot I was there to get my nails done. Today was my first time visiting Paradise Nails! My nails look fabulous, the pricing is fair, the people are so friendly, and the salon itself is chic and clean! I had my manicure done by Lena, who was so sweet and talented! I will definitely come back time and time again! Thank you so much! 😊
