Family owned business, extremely nice people, honest and fair prices. Respectful of women, a first I have ever encountered with any car repair shop and I'm 52. Always get an appointment when I call. Never over charged. I'm never going anywhere else again.
Came in with a coupon for an oil change. Was really quick. Went to my normal place for my next oil change only to find out a part was busted and they couldn't change my oil. Brought my car back to Paradise Auto to tell them what happened, they were apologetic and offered to replace the part for free and do the oil change for normal price. After being there for an hour the manager came out to tell me they received the wrong part and it would be another 30 minutes. Really it takes 1 hour to figure out that part wouldn't work?
