Our 6 year old master bathroom shower floor was sagging in different places, resulting in cracks in the grout. The subsurface was also damp, due to the floor not having been sealed originally. We contacted Raul, after locating Paradise Tile Services on Google. He is extremely engaging and polite, which certainly won us over immediately. Over several afternoons, Raul carefully completed a VERY HIGH QUALITY repair/replacement shower tile job in my old house. He was knowledgeable, helpful, conscientious, and notably hard-working. Worth every penny! Two "before-Raul" closeups and one overall "after-Raul" images:
