My best tanning experience in rochester! – I've been tanning for years! After trying many other salons and feeling like I wasn't welcomed, not to mention not getting the color I'd hoped for..alas, My boyfriends sister brought me along with her to paradise- my tan was seriously darker after one visit! Additionally, my second* visit the girl @ the desk welcomed me AND knew my first name! SECOND VISIT!! Tanning is now the best 20min of my day! I do/will absolutely recommend paradise to anyone and everyone!!

Not recommended – I purchased a one month membership at 6:00pm on Friday. On Saturday morning I went to breakfast with a family member who presents me with a 300 minute gift certificate for the same place. The purchase was from one of the owners, 3 hours before I came in on Friday. I called later that day to request a refund to my card for the one month and i would just use the gift certificate. Paradise tan webster, ny – i got ringworm from their beds along with another friend of mine, they water their detergent down when washing the towels so they don't get cleaned well, the owners are nasty, i had my lotion there in one of their bins and i found out they were stealing customers lotion and reselling it as samples. they don't clean the bed very well at all, the tops are barely cleaned, all these prints and sweat marks are in the bed even after it is so called cleaned. ALL AROUND NOT A GOOD PLACE!!!

A Must See!! – This is THE BEST salon I've every been to. It is so clean, great atmosphere. The staff was very informative and very knowledgeable about tanning, they informed me about all there packages (without being pushy) and their equipment was all new. Did I mention they have 21 rooms, and open late every day. This is a one-of-a-kind salon, I don't plan on going anywhere else.
