I had my first ever, painless filling. Dr. Ragsdale did a phenomenal job of numbing my molar, creating an exclusion zone to prevent the old filling fragments from getting into my mouth, and resurfacing the tooth to match my bite. It was a superb job!

Doctor Ragsdale and her team are great. The entire team is friendly and very efficient. I have been going to doctor Ragsdale for years and have never had a bad experience. If you are concerned about going to a dentist during this COVID mess, rest assure you will very comfortable with the safety measures this staff is practicing.
I am a baby about all dental work, even cleaning. but the technicians here are great. Very sensitive to patients like me who have a history of painful dental experiences. Trust them to do what's necessary but keep me as comfortable as possible.
The best Dentist ever! Dr. Patel came in to follow up on the implant procedure which went smooth and easy. I have no pain or problems . Also I appreciate the friendliness and warmth of his staff. Go Jackson Smiles 😃

I’ve never had a cap out on my teeth, so I didn’t really know what to expect regarding pain but I never felt a thing because he was so gentle about numbing everything. They are always very nice there and make you feel comfortable.
