I needed to switch dentists and Dr. Bachour was recommended by a friend. Even prior to arrival, everyone was as pleasant, friendly, and accommodating as could be. Debbie and Dr. Bachour were very thorough in their explanations and so friendly. They were also incredibly professional in every way. Dr. Bachour made sure I knew exactly what my X-rays showed and what his plan would be. I feel confident and very comfortable returning in the future.
Staff is kind & caring! Dr Bachour is awesome!! He is just as caring as his staff & very thorough!! I highly recommend him!

On July 30, my 59th birthday, I was called back by the nurse at 9:45. At 10:30 I was walking out the front door after having 11 extractions done. Surely this has to be some kind of dental record! I was given a script for antibiotics and another for pain. I only needed 2 of the pain pills. Surely that is a record too! Dr. Patel and his staff are just amazing. Since I don't have any teeth left I probably won't be going back but I will certainly recommend Jackson Smiles to all my friends and family. IF YOU NEED DENTAL ATTENTION... read more
