DO NOT GO HERE! The guy who gave me a massage herniated my L4 and L5 discs and made it so I couldn’t walk properly for 6 months! The guy did a chiropractic thrust on my sacroiliac joint which is not legal and their certificates are questionable. When I tried to contact the owner they were unresponsive!!! Save yourself!!!!
So disappointed with my experience. The 60 minute "deep" massage was decent at best. The straw that broke the camels back was the demand for a 20% tip! How dare you demand that a 20% tip be given after already paying $72 for a subpar massage? The $5 addition to the payment, I felt was more than generous. But again, this was a one and done. I will never return, and I advise you the reader consider this as well
Ok I paid full price and tipped 10%. Sorry it wasn’t 20% but the lady actually snatched the receipt and rolled her eyes at me. Will never come back.
Was my first time to this location since I was in town visiting I did the 30 minute foot rub. The lady did a pretty good job could have applied more pressure to bottoms of my feet and calve area. A little bit of mall noise but nothing to complain. However when checking out I used my debit card for tap and wrote down the tip amount of $5.00! The lady grabbed a paper suggesting 18% tip which rubbed me the wrong way. Also if you pay with cash you avoid additional card fee.
Love this place. Been going for years. I’m looking for a new place because the aggressive pressure to tip 25% after the massage. It’s manipulation and it’s so unpleasant after a nice massage. I could explain the 25% would be a generous tip even for someone at a restaurant making below minimum wage, but I don’t think it would land. Major cultural disconnect happening. I have to wonder what the massage therapists are being paid…
