Been coming here for years as this is the Best place for tension and stress relief until today March 1st 2026. I waited for almost 2 hours in the waiting area. I didn't want a particular Person/Woman as I always state this when I arrive. Today I was overlooked nearing closing time after waiting for nearly 2 hours. When someone finally decided to help like I'm not a paying Customer they then informed Me I couldn't get the time I requested. Sad I have to find a new place now because that's bad business!!
Guy got mad because I didn’t leave a tip, laughed at me while I was paying, never again!

This place truly gives excellent massages, and I went here for several years because of the quality of the services. I have even recommended it to many friends. Unfortunately, I’ve had to stop going due to the ongoing pressure around tipping. The friends who I have recommended to go have shared the same concerns. On multiple occasions, staff have stood over me, shown irritation, and repeatedly pushed me to increase the tip amount.
