I live in the Towson area and have been here twice. Both experiences was awful. The massage service itself is great but it’s when it’s time to pay and leave is what’s disgusting and ridiculous. The first time I went it was close to closing when it was time to pay I paid what I was told my total was. The man who serviced me got upset because I did not tip and started yelling and pointing his finger at me telling me to get out stating the reason was because I didn’t tip. Perfect pressure! They know exactly where the tension is. Highly recommend if you want a professional massage.
So, massage and pricing was great. The woman who did my massage I have no qualms with! But another woman's -I didn't catch her name but she seemed like a manager- attitude was way less than ideal. Tips are always appreciated, never required. This place doesn't seem to understand that. I tipped half the price of my massage and the person I was with tipped more appropriately (less than me) for the price. The lady called out the person I was with's tip amount and compared it with my tip amount.
