Wanna be Nazi/italians this old couple that owns the place harasses the tenants. they spray chemicals on the properties and then yell at the tenants if they complain about hazardous chemicals on the units. they also, falsely accuse residents if there are any problems in the spa or pool area. the owners wife also asked me to have sex with her.....she is about 75 and I was about 27.!!!

Terrible people the old lady owner here and her husband are scum; they are also suspected and involved in criminal activity. they snort cocaine while on shift and I have even seen them snorting white powder.

VERY DISAPPOINTING I am very disappointed to receive such nasty service from the management and owners here. They put not nearly enough chlorine and preventative chemicals in the pool and jacuzzi to prevent mold, bacteria and all kinds of other potentially harmful growths....After I left the Jacuzzi I even felt bad.....the large maintenance guy and the old man janitor were very snaughty to me....Probably because they're afraid to spend an extra ten bucks on all those PROPER pool chemicals!!! Cheapos!

I AGREE! ALL THE RESIDENTS KNOW THE OWNERS HERE ARE WANNA-BE NAZIS BUT REALLY JUST COWARDS THAT WORK W/ POWER AND INTIMIDATION; THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE NO TENANTS AND HAVE TO KEEP RAISING THEIR FEES. EVERYONE IN THE PARK HATES THE MANAGEMENT AND IS A WELL KNOWN INSIDE FACT. THE OWNER'S HUSBAND IS ALSO I LOW LIFE IN THE BUSINESS WORLD AS WELL......NO FURTHER COMMENT JUST TAKE THE WORD FOR IT.

Rude!@ I was very unhappy w/ the way the old lady and old man owners treated me when i was there. they were bitc***. u don't talk to people u don't know this way. I wouldn't pay a leprechaun to rent with these communists ignorants. their pool service also was filthy when i checked it out. (whispering about tenants in front of tenants). 6th grader elderlies? Of all overweight and ugly people, they are no one to whisper.

Bad people well, they yelled at me for missing a line on the application to rent even though their printer was low on ink and the line was very un- visible! walked out at that point.

Sexual harassment to applicants. When I considered renting here; the manager, donna said, "I would love to suck your straw...." ....Who sexually harasses potential tenants?! I let this go, but then the owner and her husband asked me to have a threesome with them....I know older people want a younger man; but who asks a 28 yr old man for sex during the rental application process?!!!!!! That is six exclamation marks as they are terrible people!!

Horrible people; no joke. The service here is terrible. The owners harass the tenants. One time they actually yelled at a deaf woman for picking an orange off a tree. They whisper in front of tenants like 13 yr. old teenagers if they don't like you. They interrogate tenants and treat them like they are guilty because of vandalism they have had.
