I had a great experience with this company and Ernesto, the owner. They came out, assessed the situation, coordinated with the leak‑detection team, and scheduled the repair efficiently. The crew was very professional and attentive throughout the entire process. They excavated carefully, fixed the leak, and restored the area as much as possible to its original condition. Recently purchased a home - the in-ground pool needed updating. The electronics were not up to par, one of the pump motors worked, occasionally, and the water chemistry was off. Ernesto answered my call and was on-site the same day. His complete repair bid was significantly lower than his competitors. We have been using Paradise Pool and Spa at 2 properties for 2 years now. Their service is excellent. All their staff always go above and beyond to ensure the pools are clean and ready to enjoy. Also, they’ll let you know promptly if they detect any issues with pool equipment. Highly recommend their services.
