Jedno z nejlepších dive center, co jsem kdy navštívil. Minimum námahy pro zákazníka, vše udělají, připraví vybavení, vše ve velmi příjemné atmosféře a pohodovém tempu. Jasný a přehledný ceník, žádné skryté poplatky a příplatky. Co jsme dohodli přes e-mail, to platilo.
I came to PR to celebrate a friends birthday and we did a couple of snorkeling and swimming in the bioluminescent bay with this family run outfit and they did not disappoint!! The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked so well together. I can’t say enough about how Jill, Ana, Angel, and Chompi made sure that we were safe in the water and having the time of our life. The areas that they take you to are absolutely breathtaking. Truly a life changing experience! The crew was so knowledgeable and made me feel so safe. I felt well prepared for the snorkel and bioluminescence tour after receiving thorough and helpful instructions. The ocean was so clean and beautiful. We saw vibrant coral and sea creatures during the day tour, and a stunning light show in the bioluminescence bay after a gorgeous sunset. I can’t wait to come back again!
TLDR: Weather is what it is, Paradise was very safe and professional. We booked both two two-tank dive and bioluminescent bay snorkel trip with Paradise. Bad news is, we got called for weather, so I can't comment on the quality of the diving. Good: crew was very professional. They helped us get our rental gear and we're great about answering newer divers' questions. They moved gear around for us when plans changed and we had to switch boats.
