Not the best customer service on the phone
We bought our first trailer here from Darcy and it was a great experience! Unfortunately it had a few minor warranty issues at no fault of the dealership, but they made sure to get it in right away and repaired within a week so we could use the trailer again. In service, Dave gave us updates almost every day as to what needed to be repaired and estimated completion time. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership and its staff and look forward to dealing with them in the future. Thank you!
