CAREFUL!!! This company will try in every possible way to take a few more dollars without you knowing. Pay close attention to the contract because they say one thing but the contract states another. They will tell you that the rental will have amenities but in fact it will not. It was a good company in the past but they clearly have management problems. Paradise Retreats erroneously charged my party $600.00 for damage that we did not cause with no explanation. When we finally got ahold of someone to explain the rationale for said $600.00 charge; they claimed that existing wear and tear that was present when we arrived was caused by our group. It is completely Asinine. They didn't honor refunding our trip booked over covid, and forced us to use our stay. They have multiple reviews online stating the same scenario. It is a crooked business practice.
