House was clean , great communication with owner, and a perfect rental experience. The location was wonderful and even our pet had a good time. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.
Stewart Oliver your house is in shambles, and in need of dire repair and updating! To begin the ceiling fans in both bedrooms were non operational and in need of replacement and was previously reported in reviews along with one HVAC unit that was non operational. The pool/ spa heater was non operational. Called several times with little or no response back. You still charged my credit card for services YOU failed to provide for a non operational spa/pool heater. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company It ... read more
Although we knew the pool wouldn't be heated it was a disappointment not to be able to use it, the family room couches could be replaced, Stewart, as in the past was friendly, accommodating and helpful
We stayed at this property for 21 days and the house was large and well kept. The property manager, Stewart, was excellent and very responsive. The pool and spa area is well kept with a large outdoor table and couch under a canopy so you can enjoy dinner or lunch outdoors even on a hot sunny day or if it rains. I would definitely stay here again.
