The kids club as we knew it is gone. No it was not communicated. Our plans are tanked, after paying top dollar for this resort specifically for the kids club. Talking about tanked - not in the dunk tank which is dismantled and sitting in pieces. Daily activities are also significantly reduced. Years of staying here and this will be the last time. Room needs to be updated. Shower temp kept changing while showering and had no pressure. No sink. Food is too expensive. Was cheaper to walk to Cavill ave and get kfc or maccas. Not enough entertainment during the day for the kids. Yes you have the waterpark and the pool but maybe do more quizzes and games.
