Our daughter (6y.o.) had her birthday party her this weekend, after enjoying her friend's party here 18 months ago. Our experience lived up to expectstions, the ream were very friendly and accommodating, the designated party area was beautifully set up. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Paradise Resort Gold Coast! From the moment we arrived, everything was geared towards making families feel welcome and entertained. There is so much for kids to do – it’s honestly non stop fun. The activities, facilities, and overall atmosphere kept my child happy and engaged the entire time, which made it so much easier for me to relax and enjoy the holiday too. Very disappointing stay — especially for a “cashless resort” where so many things simply don’t work. Unfortunately, this stay was full of issues from start to finish. The first problem occurred on the very first night when I paid for dinner. Staff insisted my card payment hadn’t gone through, even though I showed them the transaction on my banking app. I was told it was only “pending” and that I would need to pay again. We spent a week at Paradise Resort staying in Cleo’s Castle and were thoroughly impressed. Although these rooms are yet to be renovated; they are spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean with a lovely balcony view and room service daily (tbh though, we hardly spent anytime in there because there is SO much else to do).
