We have stayed here at the Paradise Resort five different times over a five year period. We stay over the wintertime, while cool some days, most days are very agreeable with us. Most all rooms have a balcony that looks down on the beach. You can sun or just walk or run on the sand. You can walk or drive too the downtown Myrtle Beach or go the other way, and walk or drive there and enjoy the trail. There are many activities here in Myrtle Beach and restaurants galore. Great trip
The Room we were in had some issues that were due to age. It does appear they have started renovating the lower levels but we were on 12th floor. The light flickers, the phone line was cut so it didn't work, the toilet seat lid moved every time you sat down, and it is unusually short toilet. There is definitely age on the walls, floors, bed (creaks and it is a metal platform or something). The doors stick a little.
