The first room was a little dirty and the height being on the 18th floor with my pregnant girlfriend and son was a mistake but the hotel manger and associate fix the problem dropped us to the first floor with a much cleaner and nicer room
Enjoyed our first snowbird stay for Jan and Feb 2026. All the staff at Paradise was great front desk, housekeeping, staff cleaning the elevator area or vacuuming the halls on the different floor. You could see that there is ongoing maintenance on this property.
Wonderful visit.
