I recently applied for a home equity line of credit on my home and Ahmed Washington from Paradise realtors completed the appraisal. The appraisal was grossly inaccurate. The appraisal was between 40,000 and 60,000 below the value of my home. Mr. Washington compared my home to a home on Santa Fe Trail which is a lower income street probably the only one in our city. They will lie... they will cheat ... Sherif and this company have horrible customer service .tell you one thing and act on the next... And they lie and dont care about anything but money. And themselves please save you and your family the stress and do not work with them
