Completely incompetent. Zero regard for the health or safety of their tenants and the Tenancy laws they're meant to abide by. Almost 3 years under their "management" and only a handful of inspections attended, little to no maintenance done (even urgent or unsafe repairs), multiple, shameless attempts to break the law and a constant fluctuation between being harassed by the property "manager" and being ignored for weeks at a time. Have had nothing but trouble from the first day I moved in
Do a 0 rating if it was permitted to do so! If you value an agency with a conscience, stay away from Melvin. His attitude towards tenants is appalling in unprofessional in every way. Looks down on renters. Only takes care of property clients who are home buyers and sellers. I have witnessed firsthand and see what a close friend of mine and her family are being treated, a living hell fighting for their basic rights.
