Everything about this experience was positive except the timetable. I realize it was a hard time for them as the federal rebates were expiring. They did make good on the charges that occurred after the rebate expired and took 30% off my invoice. They were generally responsive and when I needed an explanation were there with it. I now have my system and it seems to be working well. Lets see how my bill is.
PPC installed our residential solar system in 2022. The company was great in every way - helpful, knowledgable, hardworking and considerate. Every detail from the original design, the permits, and the documents for tax credits was handled. The work was professional and their electrician was superb. I highly recommend this company.
My experience with Paradise Power Company was positive in every aspect. In September of 2025, I needed to find a company that could double my solar capacity before the end of the year to capture the 30% federal tax credit before it expired. PPC was the only company that assured me they could meet my deadline. What a good bunch of professional, friendly folks. Their solutions to upgrading my very expensive solar system were top notch. Nathan and the office crew were very accommodating and had options for restoring my older systems without compromising performance at a very fair price. They replaced my 6 315 pound Rolls batteries with lighter versions in just a few hours and did it with smiles and a happy attitude.
