Rick and his team at Paradise Pools went above and beyond to make sure my pool fit perfectly under my existing deck from my previous pool. They were professional and did a great job with the pool installation. Monica in the office is always helpful when I call or come into the Salem store.
Rick & Chuck contacted me right away after I messaged their Facebook page about our spa not heating. They were here 2 hours later and fixed the issue. Talk about great customer service. Will contact them for any future needs!
I can’t say enough about my experience with paradise pools and spas. We had them install a pool a few years ago and they are always helpful and go above and beyond. We just recently had them come out to do some maintenance. They are quick and efficient. I highly recommend them. We love our pool and we are grateful for their help when needed.
