To start we had an old hot tub we got for free that wasn’t working, wasn’t even the brand that these guys sell actually and they were more than willing to help us. After trying 2 different pumps and many trips in there trying to get our old junk hot tub to work we finally gave up. We wanted a new one! My mom and I came in today to pick out a hot tub and we didn't even get acknowledged by the sales woman. We were there for 25-30 minutes - she was helping another gentleman for a while but never said a word to us. We will be taking our business to watertown SD now unfortunately! If you need a hot tub or a pool I wouldn't suggest this place.
