Completely rude, asked a simple question if they carried a product for an existing pool and was scolded because we didn't buy a pool from them in the first place. Crap attitude, crap customer service mentality. Blown away by the mentality and of an unwillingness to be cordial, kind and helpful.
Very knowledgeable staff and the owner gave me valuable information on taking care of my pool and what I should use. Will definitely use paradise for all my pool needs.
Dear tom I hope your crops wither and bear no fruit and the ravens eat your mustard seeds. Absolutely horrible customer service treating my disabled aunt the way you did. Shame on you. Tom decided to yell, and curse at my aunt today for asking questions, and walking in his open store right when the doors open. Have the day you deserve buddy. We know alot of pool people in this town who will be taking their business else where. :)
24 hours later after recommendation from Tom, my pool looks amazing just like he said it would! Very helpful and wouldn't let me buy things I didn't need! ☺️ Thank you Tom! I'll be back soon!
Best customer service and products for any pools. Very knowledgeable about all your needs, if they dont have what you need they can get it for you!! Highly recommend this establishment for all your pool/sauna needs!
