We are having issues with the chemicals, or lack of, in our pool. I went to a competitor and had my water tested and was advised to do x,y and z. Worse case scenario was to drain pool half way. Ugh. The provided a computer print out of and what action needed taken. I have fiberglass pool and called the guy from who we purchased it and he told me draining is last option, but, there is a specific way to do it if needed.
