Horrible building experience. Nothing was explained, when a mistake is made it was my fault and he even threatened to stop construction. They use contractors and you never know when they are showing up. I personally know another customer that had the same experience. Auto cover was not the right type and sticks up over pavers causing a hazzard that I have to keep weights on so the cap doesn't blow off. Do not use. You've been warned!
“We will be there on time” didn’t show, didn’t call.
Randy put in a new pool liner in 2024, he did a horrible job, we could feel rocks under our feet also the strip holding the liner in place at the top kept popping out because he used spare pieces instead of one long piece which would have kept it from popping out according to the guy that came to fix it, Randy wanted to charge me $200 to replace it with one long piece so it quits popping out, I should not have to pay for his mistakes, he refused to fix his mistakes without payment, I wouldn't ever use him ever again!
This place is great. I had so many problems with my pool when I moved into my house. I have zero pool knowledge and these guys were super patient with me and helped get everything I need to get it running. They were also really good at only selling me what I need and not trying to upsell or get me to buy stuff that wasn’t necessary.
