I called last May to have a new liner put in my daughters pool with a vermiculite bottom. They were suppose to be there by June 12th, not there then by June 21st, not there, then by the first week in July, not there finally get the work done around July 18th. Never a call back when not showing up. Always had to call them to find out what was going on. I told them that I always had trouble keeping the liner in the pool and maybe it needed a lock strip. I m not sure why Jim is telling lies or sladering Paradise Pools & Spas because I was the person he spoke to first on the phone when he was calling my fellow employee a coward and other childish names. I dont think stooping to name calling and now slander is anyway for a fellow business owner and grown man to talk to people or represent himself. Tim then took the phone and defended his employee from your childish name calling. I think you better look at you and your business before you pass judgment on others.

Asked them to do weekly maintenance. They have no idea what they are doing. I had to tell the service person that came out what they were supposed to do. Called several times with issues and left messages with people and they continued to not return phone calls. Finally the owner I think his name was Tim cursed me out on the phone. Stay away from this business. They also have lawsuits pending for inadequate workmanship on new installs.
