If you want communication... forget it
Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. The sales process was great and we were told our pool should be done in late May. As you'll notice in their other reviews the install timeframe is way off. Our pool was completed in early August. The installers will constantly blame Medallion for the problem and medallion will blame the installers. Communication is terrible with these guys. We currently have problems with the concrete decking cracking, problems with the spa liner, & electrical issues that haven't been resolved. ... read more
