We had a great experience with Paradise Pools from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. I had a few pool companies visit for a quote and I chose Paradise Pools for a few reasons. They were highly recommended, they offered more choices than the other companies and the price. We searched for fibreglass pools Brisbane, we found Paradise Pools and they were exactly what we needed! If you need a fibreglass pool or a plunge pool Brisbane, they are an excellent way to go. The whole process was seamless from Start to finish. Paradise Pools were an excellent fibreglass pool builder! We had a tricky site being on a hill and tight access but they were professional and their expertise made it look easy.
PPA exceeded our expectations and they were fantastic to deal with. A special mention to Ben who project managed our pool. His communication was clear and we were always kept in the loop. He was happy to answer any questions we had and navigated through all our requests.
We love our pool! Paradise pools were great to work with throughout the whole process. The access was really tight, they worked a way to do it. Crane day was incredible!! And one thing we really appreciated was that every person on the job was friendly and professional, no swearing, no dissing the apprentice. Good people doing a good job. Thanks ‘Benpool’.
