Don't ask them to come back to fix something! The one time I let my wife talk me into something... Well "pool Bob" came out and sold us a pool. That went well, started when he said and almost completed it when he said as well. But then when finished it started to leak water. Every 3 days we would loose 8 inches. It took me screaming (for 3 wks) to get them to come back and make the repairs. Well they came out after "installing pools all day" and cut up my new concrete where the returns are. Response to Haley K I would like to address Haley K's review. We researched our records and have not contracted with anyone with the first name Haley. We have recieved no complaints about our liner installation in our stores. If in fact it is our company, please contact me right away to discuss this and give us the opportunity to adress this with you. I feel she must have the wrong company. No hassles or hidden costs, a rarity with pool installers! My aunt recently had Paradise install a 24' above ground pool for her. They came when they were supposed to and did an amazingly fast and professional job. They even stayed for an extra 30 minutes or so going over how to care for the pool and how to work the filtration system. They didn't have any hidden costs or hidden agenda, just wanted to give good customer service and deliver a quality job.
