Bill and his team, including Melissa and Megan, are absolutely amazing! Last summer, we purchased a house with a 30-year-old in-ground pool. Our experience with Paradise Pools was wonderful from start to finish. Bill the owner of the company is extremely knowledgeable, dependable and thorough. He was available and supportive with any and all concerns. Jim the expert foreman on site was outstanding and impressive with his attention to detail. His dedication and understanding of his craft was astounding. Everyone involved in the process was respectful and professional. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARADISE POOLS.
After reviewing several companies we chose Paradise Pools for our in ground pool . Bill explained the process in detail and the decision was made . The crew , lead by Jim , was friendly , courteous and worked very hard . Jim had answers for every question . He stopped by frequently to make sure every step was spot on . The pool looks terrific and operates as promised . We are thrilled with the result . Our outdoor living space is now special .
