When friendly, reliable, and outstanding customer service is difficult to find look no further! We purchased a pool from Watson’s of Louisville and we had disastrous Insulation Issues as well as issues with the pool itself. When Watson wouldn’t return our calls or help us resolve the issue. I had to wait a hot minute (COVID), but Paradise Pools did right by me. They are a family-owned business: Richard, Eric, Danielle, and Tyler did right by me. I am in year 3 with no issues at all. They installed the pool in a professional manner and everything was perfect….very reasonably priced as well. I am on a FB inground pool group where I see people complain every day about their pool builders and I think wow; I am so glad I went with Paradise Pools. Have to call over and over to get pool service and cleaned. And when they showed up after telling me two weeks, they did a horrible job cleaning the pool. Then they don’t return, and now I am on the third week of calling to get them to finish the job. The proof is in the photos. Three weeks and have called over and over to get the job done correctly. DO NOT USE them. Horrible service and they broke two of my knob valves.
