Very knowledgable and friendly staff Paradis Pools have very convenient hours. They are always well stocked in pool supplies and chemicals. When other places run out of certain seasonally desired chemicals, such as chemicals always needed for pool closings and openings, Paradise Pools always has a surplus.
Paradise Pools is poor customer service poor customer service..they never smile..the old main in the store is not knowledgeable about any pool products or repairs..this makes me want to never go there for anything!! I have left my name for a service call and still waiting for a response..it has been three weeks..I would never recommend anyone to utilize their service and those that I know that do, I will pass along my experience with them and suggest another place to go for pool service..
