I have used Paradise Pools for over a decade. New owners took over three years ago and we had a rocky start but they have treated us well and resolved issues. Thanks Paradise Pool’s for great customer service and working with integrity!
I was super excited to see their storefront one day because they are close to my house and getting good quality supplies has never been faster/easier. I have also called them for opening and some maintenance/repair work, and can say that Luke is my favorite swimming pool professional that I have worked with. He's friendly, isn't condescending, and doesn't oversell or charge extra for unnecessary things. In fact, he was very honest with me when he opened my pool this season and ended up saving me about $500.
I cannot recommend them enough, don’t waste your energy anywhere else. Customer service is excellent and at the best prices.
You never know what you have until you look under the tarp. We bought a home with a pool in the summer of 2023. The weather was hot, and we were excited to use the pool. I called Paradise Pools, talked to Justice, and made an appointment. Luke, Andy, and the gang came out to see how the pool looked.
