I love the service. Steve is an professional pool equipment specialist. He was the person who was sent by my pool equipment supplier to do the warranty work when still under warranty. My last pool cleaning company did a great job but did not know the new equipment I am using. He responds to my text messages.
I hire Steve for a new system on my pool, the system didn't work since day one, I called him, texted him, he hardly ever calls you back, a friend of mine called him from his phone and he returned the call to my friend but no to me, after 2 months dealing with him and the system not working I hired another company, they came and they fixed it in 1 hour, the problem was paradise pools did the wiring wrong, do not hire this company, you will be very disappointed.
Paradise Pools has recently taken over cleaning and repairing our pool and they have done an outstanding job.
