Nathan and Cheryl have been the absolute best to deal with over the years. We bought a house with a pool several years ago, not knowing anything about maintaining a pool. They supported us with their in-depth knowledge, and are always willing to help when we need it (which has been a few times, including times when the issue was us and not the pool!). Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We highly recommend Paradise Pools!

I contacted this place 3 months ago to get a new hot tub lid, which doesn't seem like that big of a task. After the call I was emailed by this company so I emailed back with no response. Last week I tried again. I called for someone to come measure the lid and get one ordered. They said someone would come out this week to measure it but no one showed up. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely amazing! We had an issue with our hot tub and reached out to Paradise and they were so responsive and knew exactly what to do… it was a very calm and personal and immediate experience! Thank you so much! Would recommend 8 days a week!
