Unprofessional and careless . Opened the pool two weeks ago and still not ready to use . Left pool cover in the middle of the yard to dry up two weeks ago and still there , they did not store it properly . Dirty , waterfall not working . My kids still can not swim in it . Not recommended doing business with them I went to look for there office , the address online is a Iron doors business, no we’re to be found Paradise pools I was a loyal customer for a year and I won’t use there services anymore

Very profession team, always do great work and for a great price! Wouldn’t go with any other company for my pool and spa! 5 stars!

Very poor service, inexperienced technicians, delay in service, always expect unexpected bills There was a 3 week delay to get started. When the technicians first came, they told us my filter is not functional and that I needed to order a new one. It took two weeks for them to get a filter. Finally another technician Came to install the New filter and told me that my existing filter is working fine after all my time I didn’t need a new filter!
