They replaced pool timer that was not working. They did an excellent job of getting the correct parts and fixing at a reasonable price. Nice to have pool timer working again!
My home warranty company contracted Paradise Pools to replace my pump and fix a small leak. Jim was on top of things from the beginning. He walked me through each step of the process from the warranty company, to ordering the parts, the scheduling, and the repair. He took care of it all with zero effort on my part. Jim would even call to update me long after closing, so I know he puts his customers first. I cant tell you how much I appreciate Jim at Paradise Pool services. He was extremely helpful in detecting the pool equipment issues I had. Once detected, he explained the entire process in great detail, then outlined all the solution variables. Jim was extremely honest throughout the process and his customer service was amazing. Every time I reached out to him with a question, he was readily available. I would highly recommend Paradise Pool Services.
Jim with Paradise Pool Services helped me on one of the worst winter days in 100 years. On 2/17/21, he was ONLY pool service to return my call in my emergency to come and fix a broken hose near my pool pump manifold. He also helped me when no other pool company would or could help on a broken pipe connection was stuck in my spinner basket. This man went above and beyond and I will not forget what he did for me. I would recommend him for any pool servive needs! TY
Great service! Jim and Kevin know what they are doing and helped turn one of my PONDS of a pool back into a loving oasis for one of my customers. They are very competitive in pricing and do not rip people off. They are upfront and straight forward. This company will be the only other company I will use. Thank the Lord we stumbled into them.
