Update 6/1/2023: I’ve been trying to get Michael out to complete warranty work for about 2-3 weeks. He asks questions via text then he ghosts me. I’ve had to contact his mom, Dawn, via email and she has been no help. She only ask the same questions Michael asked. They need to stand by their work and right now they haven’t. We have had many problems in dealing with Michael and Joe. When Joe showed us a schematic of our pool in the fall of 2018, it included a drawing of us playing volleyball in our backyard pool. That vision is ultimately what prompted us to move forward with the project. We began swimming in the pool in the summer of 2019, and we still do not have the sleeves for a volleyball net. 4/1/2022 Update: Have tried to get Michael to come out and warranty a light and get some pavers redone. We have spoke via text and phone for over a year now, keep getting promised someone will come out but never do. Reached out yesterday to Michael, no response. Great service, very knowledgeable, and design some of the best looking pools in DFW!
We had a great experience working with Seneca, Joe and Micheal to design our pool, outdoor kitchen and extended covered patio. We enjoy our outside paradise everyday as a family. The quality of the work was very well done. The contractors were wonderful to work with, responding to our questions and changes along the way. It was worth the wait for sure.I will highly recommend them for pool and patio jobs.
