Responsive. Honest. Integrity. Called 4 different pool companies to fix a broken sheer decent before Paradise Pools accepted to do the work. I was told no job was too small for them and that was the truth. I was also given multiple options that suited my needs and budget. From work to cleanup, everything was done in a professional manner. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with pool or repair issues. Thank you for your assistance.
Paradise did a fabulous job resetting the pavers around our pool that were not properly done by previous installers. They were thorough in the process and even worked with us to add the extra border of crushed granite around pool to keep the grass away. They also added a new section of pavers to give us a place for a table. They integrated the new section wonderfully in with the previous area. Solid pool company you can depend on for repairs! Highly recommend!!

Took 11 days to get to the point where they gave up on my heater problem. Communication was poor and/or odd. In their defense, two other techs could not figure it out either, even after consulting Hayward. Owner seems to be a solid tech and good guy, but business process execution is sloppy. UPDATE: Owner did come by to discuss and we generally got things sorted. Heater was repaired by someone else, but I appreciated the outreach and response.
