I have used Paradise ponds and waterfalls for at least 5 years and probably more. I have rarely come across people who work as hard and dedicated as the these people. Jeff and his team have squeezed me into tight schedules when I've had a problem and have always been available to help me figure out how to solve them. Jeff & His Team with Paradise Ponds were extremely Professional, Knowledgeable & insightful from the 1st time I contacted them about my Koi Pond. I just purchased a New Home with a Koi Pond and the previous owners have been using this company for over a decade to service their Pond. So, that was all of the credibility that I needed to decide to continue service with Them. I almost never give Google reviews but Jeff definitely earned it. He installed an amazing waterfall and stream for us a few years ago and it looks amazing. I cannot tell you the number of compliments we received. And when we recently needed something fixed (not because of Jeff, just dated equipment) Jeff came out the next business day and took care of it. So with Jeff you get an amazing product and great service. Highly recommend him!
Thank you to Jeff, Ryan and the team at Paradise. I neglected my ponds for a while and they took care of them and now they are in amazing shape. They were experts at what they do, friendly, fair priced and took time to educate me about my ponds. They take their profession serious and it shows in their work. Thank you Paradise Ponds.
Jeff and team were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive! We have a beautiful water feature that needed attention, regular maintenance, and a professional company we could rely on. So glad we found Paradise Ponds! So many other companies let us down. Very reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!
