I have used Paradise ponds and waterfalls for at least 5 years and probably more. I have rarely come across people who work as hard and dedicated as the these people. Jeff and his team have squeezed me into tight schedules when I've had a problem and have always been available to help me figure out how to solve them. Jeff & His Team with Paradise Ponds were extremely Professional, Knowledgeable & insightful from the 1st time I contacted them about my Koi Pond. I just purchased a New Home with a Koi Pond and the previous owners have been using this company for over a decade to service their Pond. So, that was all of the credibility that I needed to decide to continue service with Them. Paradise Ponds cleaned our approximately 4,500 gallon pond at our facility in Acworth, Ga Americo Mfg. They did an awesome job and at a very reasonable rate, it looks brand new. Jeff and the staff were very nice and personable. Not only did they take great care of our fish they helped save as many very large bullfrog tadpoles as possible to return them to the pond when job was done. Thanks for a great job well done!!!! Thank you to Jeff, Ryan and the team at Paradise. I neglected my ponds for a while and they took care of them and now they are in amazing shape. They were experts at what they do, friendly, fair priced and took time to educate me about my ponds. They take their profession serious and it shows in their work. Thank you Paradise Ponds.

It’s Fall and the annual leaf wars are here. It’s a battle to keep the leaves out of my waterfall and pond. This year I contracted Jeff and his company “Paradise Ponds and Waterfalls” to help. Boy, they sure did help. I usually put a net over the falls and pond, but the weight of the leaves presses down into the water faster than I can root them out. Jeff’s solution: elevate the net using PVC arches. It really works! Thanks Jeff - an elegant and attractive solution.
