0 Stars. After 5 weeks of service our pool has never looked so bad. We never had an issue with the pool turning green, I wish I had cameras because I don’t think she has even been coming to clean it. When asked about it she gave my husband a run around about the pool being old and sediment, I got involved and have yet to even hear back from her. AVOID this company!
The worst pool service in the area. So many times I have to call her to complain about the condition of the pool. The last 3 weeks were the worst. There was only an excuse why the pool was in such a bad condition. We have lived in houses with pool and canal in the back and never had this problem. The attached pictures were less than a week that she came to do the pool maintenance. This is a brand new pool with brand new equipment. If I could give her “0” stars, I will.
They are very good at the pool services.
Just switched to Paradise Pointe Pool Care and am so happy with their service, personnel, and clear communication! Met Kevin yesterday who cleaned my pool.... great guy. Thank you for a job well done!
I had a disaster occur when I went to water my plants on my Lenai and my hose caught a plant and dumped it into my pool! I service my own pools maintenance but in a panic I called Paradise pool at 10p at night. I left a voicemail and had to callback to leave my phone number, when Cathy the owner picked up! She was attentive. Empathized with my dilemma assured she would contact her counterpart, Home pro to come out first thing in the morning.
