The experience was well, but the thing is the manager will flag your car down with a ticket if they see anything wrong at all, I was given two tickets for a small issue of the parking pass being behind my handicap placard; which was hung both on the rear view mirror.
We loved staying in the condo community. The views were fantastic , it's a close walk to The Point (amazing sunrises!!), and it's quiet. They have a pool and smallmlazy river. Every owner we met was kind and friendly. Its only a few blocks away from the nature preserve too!

Very clean, and great location.
Stayed in 12E, and whoever was in 12D next to us was a Karen. The very first day, we put our beach chairs against the walls outside. They were out of the way, but Karen, next door, decided to push them into the middle of the hallway. There was also a note on our door that said she lived there and that you're not supposed to put things in the hall.
