I saw Dr. Anna Kozii after re-injuring a torn and bulging disc in my neck, confirmed by MRI. I explained that the pain was severe (a 9/10) and that I literally needed help getting out of bed. Despite this, she recommended nothing more than Nurofen and a random blood test. A blood test!! We were very disappointed with our experience with Dr. Anna Kozii. My wife saw her twice, and unfortunately, both visits were rushed and impersonal. Dr. Kozii seemed more focused on moving on to the next appointment than providing proper care—each consultation felt like it was over in just five minutes. Due to this lack of attentiveness and service, we won’t be returning.

We have been patients of Dr Alex Smith for 17 years. A truly wonderful GP. Nurse Ann is great and the new receptionist Rachel is delightful and sunny. We feel very fortunate.

This surgery isn’t sympathetic or empathetic and it is negligent. Full of Karen’s. My near 90 year old Grandfather with breathing issues had to walk back and forth between the chemist and the surgery because ‘They couldn’t run the scripts around’ I’ve got an idea - stop trying to lay off staff and cut costs because Doctors are greedy and do what you’re overly-paid for..
